I found myself being maliciously accused of things for the first time in my life. Making it worse, it was a public figure and they were in a position to put our family through living hell and did so with practiced precision. This person & their office used his lawsuit against us through his public office to further his election campaign. We turned to Mr. Bandre' and his office for help.We still find ourselves amazed at not only the professional help given us, but the fact that Mr. Bandre' "got it". While he was not immune to the emotional and mental hell we were going through, he made sure that for him it was a legal matter. He was sympathetic but did not let us put emotions in the way of solid decision making. Furthermore, despite the fact that he is tenacious and truly wishes to win his cases, he advised us to settle. At first we balked. Mr. Bandre' explained that despite his belief that we would win, it could take another $200,000 and several more years and for nothing that would ever do us any good except a hollow victory. We were beyond emotionally exhausted, we had been robbed of our innocence when it comes to believing in justice or thinking those in state government power really are there for your best interests. We'd lost hope and were so busy fighting all the battles this person's office kept sending our way that we had no family life anymore. Mr. Bandre' knew that and sacrificed a "win" on his part to make sure we could move forward and recover our family life and move on. I would have sworn to you that he was wrong about this choice, but he was not.From what we have seen, many attorneys will let you fight the battle and go further into debt. He advised us to do what was best for us in the long run vs our pride and emotional response. We've now been able to move forward as a family and have our life back. We're stronger, content and finally rid of the hell we were put through. I'm not sure that would have been the case with most attorneys.We've used Mr. Bandre's office for all our legal needs business wise, legal guardianship, and personal legal matters since. We've known him for over 7 years and been thrilled with the service he and the other attorneys in his office provide. Anytime anyone asks us about a legal issue or problem, we point them to Mr. Bandre and his office.
