I used to eat here all the time, but here lately it seems the quality of food is going down hill. The dishes seem to be less meat and more vegetables. The beef and broccoli is more broccoli and very little beef. The sushi selection is pathetic and lacks any fish. Unless things improve, I will be looking for a different place for my Chinese food.

Naturally, the various items that are offered on the buffet will not suit everyone's taste, however, I would find it hard to believe that anyone that frequents Chinese buffets would not be able to find something to suit their taste. I sincerely believe that this is the best Chinese buffet in Jefferson City. Of course there will be those that disagree, but then there are those that strongly prefer Ford over Chevrolet, I have tried all of the Chinese buffets in Jefferson City and Dragon Kitchen is the BEST that I found. The service for a buffet setting is above excellent and every effort is made by the establishment to satisfy their patrons.If you haven't been, try it. The ambiance may not be as "nice" as other restaurants, but I don't go to a restaurant to look around I got there to eat.

We also love to eat at Dragon Kitchen...we really like the "coconut shrimp" and would really like to have the recipe...can anyone help us with that

I love eating a Dragon Kitchen and the new dining room is great, however it cost me $10.50 to eat there. They charged me for every refill of iced tea where refills used to be free. I guess I'll be drinking water from now on.
