I did not purchase here - it was Quincy IL. It appears your servicemen are qualified and very professional - if they stay - I would be surprised with your foreign call centers! The phone number I was given to make appointments were HORRiBLE, RUDE and MEAN. I hope every call I made was recorded! I even asked for the Manager 3 Times - and that was a joke as well! Sears Solutions are whatever the name of your so called “OTHER” phone number to report issues were worse!!! 5 weeks to get a 1 1/2 year old Kenmore Elite repaired! Next year if I plan a Thanksgiving Dinner for 40 people I’ll try to remember to work around Sears’ schedule! This year had to be cancelled! NOT HAPPY!

The repair man was excellent. However the scheduling department was terrible, they had my address and town completly wrong. I called and they said they updated it but they didnt. The first time the repairman could not find the address, not his fault. I called the scheduling department and they finally got it fixed. Very Dissatified with this part of the service.

The repairman was very professional, cordial, and efficient. He instantly knew what was wrong with the dishwasher and fixed it. He ensures that sears repair service earns an excellent reputation every time he repairs something gone haywire.
