I need your help. I am 85 yrears old, I havefrom Cancer and I live by myself. I also am having real problems with my memory, and I can't hardly walk . I spent $1,600. to pass inspections.
Yesterday I took all my papers to the Lic Office in Perryville.
They advised me I had to pay a $200.00 fine. I was flabergasted.
I truly thought I must get this car inspected and pass, before getting a new title. I had to search all over my house to even find the Title. I don't have a extra $200.00 since I am on social security and a small retirement. The Com, I retired from, went banrupt. I lost all medical and life ins, which now costs me over $ 350 per month. I need your help, isn't there any help you can give me. I wasn't trying to cheat anyone, I Truly Didn't Know I was doing wrong. I am willing to pay a reasonable penalty amount.
