THIS COMPANY SUCKS !! MONEY GRUBBING AND NO HUMAN COMPASSION - THEY JUST WANT MORE MILLIONS AT THE EXPENSE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE !!

Such an un-professional company that only cares about making more money than customer service or hardship . We have been a loyal on time paying customer for over 10 years and my wifes father passed away christmas day and she had to travel to Arizona to pick-up her eldery mother and the $ 30.00 bill was not paid before the 10 day cut-off and yes the multi-million dollar company came out without knocking on the door or calling on the phone they shut the water off and would not turn it back on even after the bill was paid for hours. TtHEY WOULD NOT WAIVE THE $ 35.00 FEE and the office manager Mrs.Fleenor was very cold and as a matter of fact because they are the only water supplier in town. What a monopoly that rapes and treats their customers liek poopie and all they care about is making more millions off hard working people and they have zero compassion . oh well I wish there was a private company that supplied water I would jump their way in a new york minute !!
