I am currently a customer there and I went a few weeks ago to ask a couple of questions and to see why I was getting charged for something and why there was something on my bill that shouldn't have been and a couple more things to ask. That office is the most scattered office that I have ever been to. Nobody could help me and when I asked the guy Jordan a question he didn't answer it he avoided the question. I just don't understand when you go to an insurance place to get your questions answered and they can't even help. Also everytime I go in there they always try to sale something to me and my wife. I hate that more than anything don't they know if I needed something then I will ask for it and then they probaly wouldn't be able to answer it. This is the worst service that I have ever gotten. I believe I will be finding me another insurance agent who knows what is going on.

I went to this location a while back looking for insurance and had some questions for them about some new car insurance. I spoke with a girl named Jennifer. She answered a couple of questions for me and then her cell phone rang and she picked it up and talked for a couple of minutes and then she apologized and got back to me. Now that is one of my biggest NO NO's for a business. Take care of your customer. I wouldnt of got so mad about it but she did it 2 other times and I just decided to leave. That is so frustrating to me. But it has bothered me for a while and I just wanted to share my experiences. I would recomend using another state farm agency.
