Our firest experience was very good,food,service etc
The next opportunity was delivery,the food was cold.
The next delivery was calzone's,the meat was clumped in 1 area,cheese in another,no break flavor.
The EXPERIENCE Today Was horrible,THE Pizza Was Simply A Pile Of sauce,Could Not Even Taste Anything But sauce,Called To sHare EXPERIENCE With Person IN CHarge,No help,Brought Pizza AND MUSHROOMS back,Spoke To SO Called General Manager AND Was Told Nothing Could Be done.Not good! I would not recommend this restaurant period.$40.00 for absolutely nothing

Used to be a weekly/biweekly favorite but the more we went the worse the service got. The food is great if it's what you order or all you ordered shows up. Went there 3 weeks ago and the service was the worst yet. We went at 5pm to beat the rush, us and two other families was in the entire restaurant and the three tables sat without drinks for 10 minutes before the hostess walked by and we all bombarded her for refills. When the food showed up the kids pizza was cold, the salad came after the pizza's then forgotten. Had to eat hands, we had no silverware. Ordered delivery tonight and 2.5 hrs later we were able to eat. They brought half the food the first trip most of it the second (still no marinara). Asked for a call from the manager (Brad) and had to call him at 9:30pm to discuss the remaining food. Our wings were wrong flavors, no marinara for the calzone, onion rings were soggy and cold. As much as I hate to say it we will not ever go back. We do wish them the best of luck.

This is our 2nd trip to this restaurant and we will never go back. Service was terrible...once we were seated and ordered our drinks it took 20 minutes to get them. Then when we finally got our drinks it took the server another 10 minutes to take our order. My daughter order Caesar salad all ice burg lettuce, I order pasta and my husband & son pizza. It took 50 minutes to get our food and when we did it was terrible. The pasta cold and gross the chicken on the salad tastes burnt and the pizza was terrible. My son who loves pizza said mommy I don't like their pizza. We will never go back! You only get 2 chances with us and nothing has changed from the first time we came.

We love Chicago Pizza and this place is as close as you can get in the South. We have eaten here a couple of times and will continue to go back. I will say Chicago pizza is not a fast thing taking usually 45 minutes to bake, but hey good things come to those you wait,

Excellent food. These reviews below were the very first day and week they were open. Give em a break and try them once more. They do know what they are doing but when a town bum rushes them the minute they open the doors, problems will arise. They are all new and it takes time. Been there 3 times since the first month and every time has been delish and better than the last. Great menu, nice friendly service, and food came out in a timley fashion. By the way they are packed out every weekend, so they figured something out doneca and taylor!!!

Stay clear of this place.I placed a delivery and waited two hours. After a hour and a half wait, I decided to call. I called 5 times after finally reaching someone they used the excuse " we only have one delivery guy". We received our order 1/2 of it missing. Cal zone burnt. Alfredo cold and spaghetti absolutely disgusting. I called and told them my order was wrong. Manager came out and no wonder. He seemed just as lost as his delivery man and the food still horrible. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!!!

Do not go to this place unless you have at least 2 hours to wait on your order. The staff were completely inexperienced and very incompetent. Not only did we have to wait 20 minutes before we were asked for our drink orders but then our waitress did not check on us until she brought out our food... Over an hour later. The food was mediocre at best and definitely not worth the wait or the cost. Out of all the different places in Jefferson Square this is the last place anyone should go.
