I would find somewhere else to go. My bills are behind and at this time my husband and I were unemployed. All I was asking the Ark to do was to help me with gas money. They told me they were unable to do it b/c the bills were not in my name and I had to get a letter starting why they were not in my name and a disconnect notice from my cable/satelite company before they would help me with my bills. I didn't even want help with my bills, just help with gas so we could go and find a job and I was still told they could not help me. I would never refer someone to them. The only reason that they were given a 1 start is b/c I had to give them 1 or more stars before this would be posted. If I could have I would have given them a negative star or stars.
