They literally just dumped my trash cans contents onto the street, didn't take any of the actual trash inside the bin and then refused to come clean it up.

I'm so pleased with the service I've received from this company. They do what they say they will, which is more than I can say for their competitor Republic Services. We made the mistake of trying to switch once, didn't make it a month before coming back to white oak. Cans were delivered exactly when they said they would be, and the office staff are always extremely friendly, polite, and professional when I've called with questions. Highly recommend!

Drove by my garbage can with out stopping, when I complained- I was told it was not out at 7:00 a.m. It was put out at 2:00 a.m. and was sitting at the curb all morning. I was told that there was a video showing it not there which is a complete lie. I placed the can there myself. When I insisted that they pick up my garbage, they not only took the garbage, they took the can and the recycle can from behind my home.(trespassing) Is this how they handle all complaints? I guess when you deal with trash all day it should be no surprise that their customer service stinks as well.
