I have been seeing a doctor at this practice for years and really like him. He wasn't available last week so they scheduled me with Dr. Schuman.

It was not a good experience!

From the minute she walked in the exam room she was rude and very arrogant. Results from a test she ordered where on her desk Friday afternoon, after leaving messages for days I finally got the results on Wed. by calling my original doctor!!

When the results from another test she ordered came back she had the office staff call with the results I asked if they could have her call me because I had some questions, she did return the call the next day but could or would not answer my question.

Stay far far away from these people. Dr's are great but the staff are rude, arrogant, uneducated, and incompetent! Their office policies are one of the reasons why healthcare is so expensive. There is also no communication in this office. If a doctor makes a promise to you don't count on it! The staff in the front office make the decisions in this place and they all behave like they have a grudge on the public at large.
