my granddaughter has been going here since she was 6 weeks old. in the beginning we had no complaints until she was moved into the one year old class. at that point she is always sick. she has been biting 3 times in a 3 month time frame. this week she was biting on her face along with 2 other kids getting bite by the same child on the same day. when we asked the owner about the policy on biting that they have posted for everyone to see her response was she has to post it for the state inspections but she does not inforce the policy. what is the reason for the policy if you are not going to practice it? the owner asked us what was in the policy because she was not aware there was one posted that it must had been put up by the other owner. if you are the owner shouldn't you know what the policy is? she will not give us the name of the bitter our the parents info saying it was private and that the parents are aware their child bites.
