This guy cannot build a performance transmission. My tranny fell apart in under 1500 miles after his first rebuild. Less than 2000 after his 2nd. My new builder had to order a new valve body, and new over drive components because this guy pried parts out with a hammer and screwdriver. His shop is a mess, and bathroom is filled with porn. Absolutely disgusting. He should stick to rc cars and boats.

A+ service! Very professional and knowledgeable. They are honest and have a fast turnaround. Don't get a rebuilt transmission from anyone else! Bring your OEM transmission to them first! My only regret is that I wish I had known of them sooner. Very reasonable pricing. Any transmission problems I have in the future go straight to them to fix... period.

The review is -5 Stars. I couldn't post unless I gave them at least 1 star.Their work is unsatifactory and they won't stand behind their warranty. My vehicle has less than 400 miles since rebuild by Ernie's and they refuse to cover the repairs. The work was completed by Ernie's through NAPA. I live in Florida and the repair was in PA. The truck was shipped from NAPA in PA to Florida. It was not driven to FL so since I recieved the truck it only had under 400 miles when it failed. Arrangements were made to diagnose and repair. Now Ernie's has failed to pay and I have to pay the bill to get my truck back....Therefore be fore warned that you too may end up in the same situation.
