I will make sure the owner of your agency sees this comment as well it will be posted on the Internet - you brought it all on yourself

I was not just a client but as a "neighbor" you would think that a better response should have been in order

Add to the fact " we can renew by e mail I will send you the forms" that you said but never even happened - some follow up

I am Sorry but

Your office and your own professionalism just doesn't seem to exist and will be sure to get that that out
