Horrible customer service - I sent a facebook message on May 29th asking for July 3rd availability along with a picture of what I wanted done. I got a response asking if 1pm worked, and I said yes. I called on May 29th to confirm as no one replied to my facebook message, yet I got a nasty facebook message today saying I'm late and how uncool I am. And then when I call to see where the miscommunication is, I get hung up on. Kyle just missed out on a $700-800 tattoo and what's worse is that he is an awesome artist. If the owner's daughter is the one running the facebook I'm not at all surprised, she had a ton of negative reviews for her sloppy work on their facebook page. I realize me sending a facebook message can cause a lot to get lost in translation, so here is an exact copy of the conversation that took place:

I said July 3rd. & when I called in to confirm I again said July 3rd. Please read the message I sent you instead of being so rude to customers







This was going to be a Phoenix from the top of my shoulder all the way down my back to the bottom of my hip. And I had cash, I wasn't going to use a credit card. Luckily my money spends anywhere, and I've already found a different shop that was a tad bit more appreciative of their customers.

Just awful. My friends tattoo looks like SH!T. I know I will never go there. Even after looking at their online gallery I'm wondering why anyone would.

I have now received 2 tattoos from 2 different artists. Both times the tattoo looked great and I loved it for about 2 weeks. The downside? After following their care instructions, they fade really quickly. Both tattoos had some flaking and I did not pick at them at all but once flaking is done, the tattoo looks like I've had it 20yrs. My other tattoo from a different shop was and is still perfect, still looks new. Newer than the one I just got a couple weeks ago. Won't be going back. Great artists though; they do the design you want and have great personalities. Still, won't bring me back though.

Amazing artists clean and really comfortable! The people are really amazing and nice.
