I like eating here very much. It is like home cooking. There is always a wait; but not excessively long. I always enjoy looking through the Old Country Store while waiting. They have unique things ther and I have purchased many things from them.

I thought the service was very good. I was seated promptly, even though I had a special seating request. My waitress greeted me with a smile and was very courteous. The food arrived in a timely manner, although it could have been hotter. During my meal the waitress made sure that my coffee was replenished. Overall, the customr service was exceptional especially the service I received from the waitress (Aimee) and the meal was good.

This place has no customer service and the managers dont care. I have waited for over an hour for food and the managers basically implied it was my fault. I think his name was Tom. He didnt care about us at all. The servers seemed nice but it seemed like there ws something keeping them upset. My theory is that the managers treat there employees like crap so service reflects that. I have seen Tom with my own eyes be a cold hearted person to me and to others. He is not fit to run a business. He has issues. The Cracker Barrel off Blankenbaker in Louisville KY has horrible managers, I just dont see how things run properly there. VERY UNPROFESIONAL. If you have a problem at this cracker barrel dont see Tom. If you do GOOD LUCK. I think he is the GM of that store, and thats whats sad. He is the one thats the best with the customers.
