I called 2 days in advance to schedule a 6am pick up to the Louisville Airport from Jeffersonville. At 6:10 when no taxi showed up I started calling the company. I called for 10 minutes with no one answering the phone.
I had to call another service that was at my home in 15 minutes. Very poor service and I will never call them again!
