Debbie and Kim were so helpful and I would be proud to call Mayfair home.

I am happy with life at Mayfair. Cant wait for the pool to open. They keep everything so nice and clean.

I just moved here to Mayfair a few months ago and I love it! The office staff is friendly and I am always greeted when I enter the office. The maintenance staff is friendly as well and have completed any maintenance requests quickly. I would definitely refer any of my friends and family to Mayfair!

Overall, i like this place but they have two things that repeatedly grate against residents nerves. The new management has started tacking on a "water and sewer" bill to rent every month. This bill is fluffed and unrealistic at best. A family of 5 pays just as much as a single person with no one living with them does, which is definitely not fair and in no way accurate to anyones likely use of water per month. This bill ranges from 50-60 bucks extra every month.



Secondly, the hot water manages to go out for at least an entire day three times a month in this past two months alone. When asked why on earth the hot water is out again the reply is "the water co must be working in something". When the water co is called to verify they said "no. If it were to do with is it would be all water, not just hot". Or the "boiler must have burst, or the pipe burst". I've heard all three in the past 4 months I've lived here and those are just randomly on my offdays, so I'm sure given that the issue has occurred more than i know about

I would recommend my family to live at Mayfair. They offer a $100 referral fee! They updated the parking lots so I feel good about parking my car here at night. The area is excellent location and I can get to the bank and groceries within blocks. My apartment is huge and service is nice. I actually feel like this place cares about what I need. I plan on living here a few more years until I can buy a house!
