When I got to my new home, (not yet moved in) before Tony the Chimney inspector/cleaner got there I found my electricity was out due to a storm. I told Tony I had no electricity and he threw his arms up in the air and said, "Well I need electricity for the vacuum!" I asked him if I would need to reschedule or just call back if the electricity came back on? He again threw up his hands and said, "You will need to reschedule and I would suggest to do that soon because the season is getting ready to get busy for us." I said ok. He left. I will never call them again. It is a shame because I have known people that use them and they recommended them.

They do not stand behind their work. They will inspect their work then send you a bill for the service run without disclosing this fee beforehand.

Great People, always answered the phone, and loved how they were so honest compared to the other companies we had to our home.
