Incompetent employees, they had no idea what they were doing! Cashier shut all the pumps off because another customer went over the amount they paid for….we had used our Kroger rewards points and had only gotten a little gas before she shut everything down…causing us to lose out on our $.30 cent per gallon discount! (Both employees admitted that only that pump that had gone over should have been shut down vs. all of them) With gas prices as they are, that is a lot of money! They were not willing to make it right in any way! Told us to call Shell Rewards, they could not help, said it was not their problem, and could not give us a number to try to get help from anyone else. Avoid this station at all costs – go across the street to the TA!
