All Green always does a great job taking care of my lawn and the customer service is phenomenal!

Horrible horrible company. I unfortunately used them for 2 years even though I never saw a difference in my lawn. I kept being told I needed more treatments before I would see a difference. After 2 years I had enough and when they called me to set up my spring treatment I told them I did want future services at this time, and would call if anything changes. Spring arrived and they still came and treated my lawn. I called them to inform them about their error and the manager argued with me to pay the bill and told me I was confused regarding telling them I did not need their services. He told me I need to pay the bill..then after me having to yell at him he said it would be fair for me to still pay for half of the bill. I told him I will never be a customer again and that I will inform everyone of their horrible customer service and lawn service. I do not recommend this company. They are not worth the money.

This place is a joke!! Their managers are in the stone ages when it comes to marketing, and overall sales. As an employee, career opportunities lack potential with no foreseen advancement nor health insurance. As they do with their service, the company over promises and under delivers!!
