I had tried to give my business to the mom and pop shops to keep the money in our community, The Outdoorsmen in Jenison has always treated me right and was very friendly and reasonable and knowledgable in the past. However with the RUDE treatment myself and my hunting family and friends had experienced from the guy that is the in-house bowtech guy we will never return again!! ???? What happened??? You have lost our business and received much better treatment by driving the extra few miles to Grand Valley Sporting Goods!! Better watch out Outdoorsmen! People will not put up with your RUDE service for long, and will go somewhere else!! Fire Him!!!

The level of personal service was much greater than what I received at their larger competitors, and the knowledge level was impressive as well. The employees at the Outdoorsman eat, drink and sleep fishing and hunting and can point you in the right direction to get you started.
