Unfortunately this Company went out of business just a few months ago... . 😫 They gave no indication of if they were moving or just closing. I'm REALLY bummed because they were excellent in what they did, AND were reasonably priced!!

The zipper on my Carhart overalls was broke - it wouldn't close when I zipped it. I brought it in to my nearest alterations/cleaners location and the woman at the desk said the zipper handle just needed to be replaced. I picked it up a few days later and paid the hefty $20 for just the zipper handle but I was happy it was fixed. Three days later the zipper did the same thing - it would zip up but the zipper wouldn't close. This time I couldn't get out of the Carhart overalls. I tried for about 15 minutes and finally I had to force it open and I ended up breaking a couple of the zipper teeth. I brought it back in and she motioned she couldn't fix it because the zipper teeth were broke. She spoke poor english and didn't understand that that I had to pry the zipper open because it did the same thing as it did before and also this time it got stuck at the top near my neck and I couldn't get out of it. There was little to no communication of me trying to tell her how it got damaged. I asked if anyone else was there who could understand english but she just acted like she knew no english. I would have settled on a new zipper minus the $20 I already paid but I just stormed out never to go there again. If you can't speak the language then get out!

Very nice lady! She works very hard and I was impressed by the job she did on a bridesmaid dress that I needed a lot of alterations done to.
