Donald Jones met with us after hours in his office. He did our 2010 joint return (state, federal and local) and my deceased mother's federal return for 2010. He made a mistake on our federal return that would have cost us $1700.00 if my husband hadn't rerun the numbers. When confronted he admitted his mistake, but offerred no discount. $230 for our state, local, and federal taxes, $155 for my mother's federal return (she owed no taxes because she was retired).
