Whole Foods has gone down hill across the country. Their rewards program only puts more labor on the customer to benefit from the money they spend, the layoffs have ruined morale for remaining team members, cost cutting measures are reflected in the flimsy cutlery and low tech phone application to use the rewards program, increased prices, layoffs, you name it. I still have to go here for a few vegan items that are either not available or hard to get elsewhere which is the only reason I continue to patronize this business.
