Provided by YPmobileDr. Lod didn’t numb my mouth enough before pulling a broke tooth. This was after I had to convince her to pull it. She’s money hungry and bills insurance for things that are questionable. After breaking my tooth into pieces, she gave up and sent me across town to have her husband finish the job.
