I was buying 2 thin form boards to glue some puzzles to and asked the framing dept to cut them to size _ just a few cuts_ and she told me they dont do that - I told her every other craft store does it and she said they dont. I just stood there because I couldnt believe her attitude and then she said she would do it but it would cost me 1.50 each_ I paid it because I needed it but from now on I'll go up the street to Michael's and spend my money

The manager "Lynn" rolled her eyes and sucked her teeth at my husband and I over a three dollar return in which we had brought in the reciept and had called before hand over. She was unprofessional and had caused me to feel uncomfortable as a line started to create behind me. They only had one register open during busy hours with employees just standing around watching. Makes our area look bad. This is sunny florida, you work im a fabric store...smile and nod.
