Store Manager Chris Stapp and Supervisor Greg Daniels are very rude to customers and employees. They never want to help any customer and walk away from you. Sales Associate Ruby is very rude as well. Other employees are very helpful and kind. Great toys and stock, most are easy to find but constantly move around stock. Never have them build a bike, their bike builder doesn't know what he/she is doing. I'd give more stars but disappointed with this store, one in West Palm Beach is much better.
