Very happy with this business. They do excellent work and our cured smoked turkeys for thanksgiving are wonderful. They are very polite and the prices are reasonable. I used to go to Scarrows but they replaced our 27 pound turkeys with 15 pounders instead, and the one with a broken leg had miracously healed itself!. Carlin's is honest, efficient, clean, and great!!! Wish I had taken more turkeys in LOL.
