Poor customer service/communication. The lady never calls you back. You have to keep calling her from different phone numbers to get her. When she sees it's your number, she puts the phone to voice mail...like you can't tell. Then you ask someone else to call the number. She picks right up. I would have much preferred for her to tell me she really didn't want the job then to not know what is going on and have to keep wondering. They were not on time, they did not go where requested, they dropped them off earlier then what I had paid for, and the driver was not who he was supposed to be. Not the nice guy I met, of course. My gut feeling was to get a different limo services when she first started not calling me back, but I felt bad, thinking she may have already booked us and I didn't want to stick them. My mistake, but never again!
