Office staff is unprofessional and impolite. Their filling system is done by hand like in the dinosaur era. Unorganized, confusing, and extremely sloppy!! Make sure that you actually see in network dentist provided by your insurance company. They scammed me in thinking I was being treated by approved dentist covered by my insurance and had me treated by an out of network doctor not covered in my insurance. Even though they schedule me to see dentist I requested. It is sad that now we have to make sure that we are being seen by doctor you have requested to see by asking dentist/doctor for their identity. I was smacked with an enormous bill that was sent to collections without knowing until I got a called by their lawyer. I was never told what was happening by anyone in this dentist office. Please avoid trouble. DO BE SEEN BY ANY DENTIST HERE. Save Yourself!!

visited dr. youngworth in this group(dont remember correct name),due to infection but he did floride treatment without asking me n charged my insurance as adult cleaning

they charged me $50 as my deductable while there was no deductable applicable on that visit(told by my insurance)

he did not write antibiotic usage days on my presciption (it is doctor duty)n never respond my call, the lady always behave very rude over call

these r major things happend to me during visit,

plz never visit this group if u think tht ur time n money is important to u

n waiting time was 2 hr after appointment n treatment time hardly few minutes

THE STAFF DOES NOT SEEM TO KNOW THE MEANING OF DENTISTRY!!! I WENT TO GET A FILLING REPLACED AFTER WAITING A WEEK AND A HALF SINCE I MADE THE APPOINTMENT AND THE DOCTOR HAD THE NERVE TO TELL ME HE WAS TOO TIRED TO FILL IT. TOLD ME HE HAS BEEN WORKING ALL DAY AND JUST WANTED TO GIVE ME A TEETH CLEANING, WHICH I MAY SAY IS THE WORST TEETH CLEANING ME AND MY FAMILY HAVE EXPERIENCED. I SHOULD HAVE NEVER GONE BACK AFTER MY TEETH CLEANING IN JANUARY.



THE DON'T SEEM TO CLEAN EITHER. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! EVERY TIME I HAVE GONE THERE, SOMEONE COMES OUT YELLING AND PISSED OFF REGARDING THEIR SERVICES. JUST FORGET THIS PLACE.
