It has been 4 weeks and our stuff still has noit made it from NY to FL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! No one picks up the phone, and they have the nerve to say we still owe them money!!!!



AVOID THIS COMPANY...

I did not review this company prior to moving. The price was right and the job was done well. I had a small move from New York to Florida and I did not want to pay over $1600 to move a few items so this company reached out to me and gave me a price I could not pass up. I did not get any items damaged at all, nor did they do a bad job. They wrapped everything up well. I was really happy with the services. Thanks Fidelity will refer you to future friends that move anywhere.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! We hired them for a long distance move and it's been a total nightmare. They drove off with our things and doubled the price and we later learned that they fraudulently doubled our inventory. Nearly everything we owned was destroyed. We have burns/fire damage, motor oil damage, water damage with mold growing on our mattresses, gasoline damage, ever present black stuff on everything, gouges on furniture so deep that we have blue moving blanket cloth embedded in it, splintered wood, broken glass, destroyed keepsakes, etc. If the damages aren't enough, they pilfered through our things and stole jewelry and alcohol. I was relocating from one business office to another and fidelity moving group was the only moving company I could find that didn't have more hidden fees than my bank! Most of the moving companies advertise one price than when you call, hit you with, "double drive fees", "long carry fees", "stair fees", "equipment use fees" and you get the point.. With fidelity, what they say is what you pay! I HATE surprise charges, for that reason alone I'd recommend fidelity moving group. Besides that, the overall process was simple, straight to the point, and efficient just like I like it.
