Provided by YP.comThis dealership is a complete farce... I bought my car back in December and to date I still do not have a title... they sold me a car that had bad motor mounts and try to deny that they were bad. I had to take it to two mechanics for them to pay attention and fix the problem.. that took almost a month to get accomplished.
They lost my title over 2 months ago and have still not replaced it nor done anything to try to rectify the situation. When I call to try to rectify this they hang up on me, they put me on hold and they do this for hours on end.
Do not go here for a vehicle, I repeat do not go here!!!

Provided by YP.comHudson Hyundai is a fraud! I went in there wanted to buy the car that was advertised on their website with the internet sales price. I brought the print out with the car info and the price on it. Right after the test drive, before I even had a chance to ask more question, I was told by the salesperson Rod Mallari that ALL THE CAR LISTED ON THEIR WEBSITE HAVE A HEFTY $1250.00 INTERNET FEE. That means, whatever price you see on the website is simply a bait, add $1250.00 to that price will be your real purchase price! I thought I misunderstood him, but Rod Mallari took out a pen and a piece of paper and added $1250.00 to the internet sales price and pointed the sum to me and told me this is the real price I have to pay to buy the car.
After giving me the surprising news, Rod Mallari got up to get me the key for my second test drive and never came back! I waited by his desk for 15 minutes then walked all over the dealership to find him. In the end, I just gave up and walked out that deceitful and dishonest place.
P.S. The car I test drove has dents and scratches all over the car and they were not mentioned on the website.

Provided by YPmobileWorst experience ever buying a car at this dealer. The customer service stinks and you have to chase them for everything once you sign on the dotted line. AWFUL! STAY AWAY! They don't even deserve one star!!!!!

Provided by YP.comOut of State buyers BEWARE of their wickedness. I saw the listing and traveled 1,000 miles to buy this vehicle. I asked them to send some photos as they were not uploaded. When I reached their place I was shocked to see dents/scratches and the interior was not clean. They sent photos from the better side and they didnt even mention about scratches/dents. Keme the sales guy said it is regular wear & tear. BEWARE dont waste time visiting this guys. Total RIP OFF

Provided by YP.comIn my 57 years I have never experienced such a difficult transaction filled with lies and deceit. I worked with Mohammed Ansari and Lou Pierro and I've never met two people that fit the stereotype description of a car salesman. It took two months to receive my plates with constant phone calls and visits to Hudson Hyundai. They acted in a very disgraceful manner with no business sense and customer service. I did meet with Christina Difeo who was as helpful as she can be and the only person who apologized. She is a rose among many thorns. It wasn't only the problem with the plates but the deceitful way the forms where presented to me for signature...I didn't find out the price of the car until the last form...even though I had been asking. Never will I deal with this dealer again. I don't recommend them at all! They also added about $5,000 of insurance on a $10,000 car which I have since canceled. I must have temporailly gone insane when I signed these forms and didn't heed to my intuition to run.

Provided by YP.comI had a bad experience with the salesman, Juaquim H. Showe. Too bad for Hudson Huundai, because they lost the sale and I went somewhere else. I was in the market for a late model slightly used Elantra. Mr. Showe showed me around his lot and I offered a price for a 2009 Elantra. We were about two thousand apart on price. The deal did not occur. Then, four days later, Mr. Showe called me and stated he got authorization and would sell me the vehicle for the price I offered. When I went to the dealership, Mr. Showe then advised me that he didn't have authorization, told me the car was already sold and attempted to switch and tried to sell me a 2008 elantra with more miles on it for the same price he quoated me for the 2009 vehicle. I would avoid this salesman as he clearly shown he didn't have any ethics.
