First of I love my car.. but this dealership had me wait 10 hours to complete my purchase, I was lied to by Jose Ranz about my payments and down payment.. he said my first months payment was included and when it was time to sign papers they asked me for a first months payment.. and said my monthly payments went up.I was so tired and hungry i just wanted to leave so I paid it.. so the sales manager Ronald Barahona said he would send me a 100$ check for my problems with them.. 2 weeks go by I contacted him and he keeps making excuses as to why the check wasn't sent out yet... I gave up and realized they don't really care about the costumers and just play games to get you into a car. Its not fair to people who love the brand and have to deal with a poor representation of it.
