Who we are Hybrid Coffee is a mobile coffee shop based in the heart of the financial district in Jersey City. Our focus is to provide quality in every cup and cater to your everyday, fast-paced lifestyle. The Coffee Gone are the days where Science + Art are mutually exclusive. We're in the business of combining the two to showcase flavor, profile, boldness, and notes of exotic sweetness. Our beans are locally roasted and go through a rigorous quality control process to ensure consistent flavor in each sip. Our Look Hybrid operates out of a fully converted 1970s horse trailer, featuring beautiful, authentic white wall tires and a retro Italian lever-pull espresso machine.
