The wait time is ALWAYS ridiculously long. They used to have a really nice guy at the front desk (a Latino guy) but currently, the front desk guy is slow and not very smart. I went in today and it took them 3 hrs to balance my tires. When they gave me back my car, I could tell that the tires were still wobbly and we realized that they diagnosed the wrong problem. So we had to put the car back up again. The manager is very rude as well.



While I was there, they dented a customer's car and needless to say, he was very angry about it. I will not be going back.
