TERRIBLE nails and even WORSE customer service. Steer clear!



I got my nails done here to go away on an overseas trip and 2 days later they were a complete mess. I called to explain I was going abroad and would not have time to go in and get them fixed and the man on the phone reluctantly said that if I came in once I had returned they would "sort something out". Therefore I had to pay to get a brand new set only 2 days after getting them done. When I went back in on my return I explained (I showed my receipt along with a photo of my nails next to my airline ticket with the date showing it was only 2 days later and proving I had to leave the country) and they completely shrugged it off. The woman was incredibly rude and condescending, she also kept raising her voice which was not appreciated at all. They did not offer to re-do my nails even though I WAS a returning customer and clearly dissatisfied. I will not be back, great loss of business for them.

Nice salon that's lacking the right attitude. They'll rush you out in a heart beat.
