Established in 1912, Lincoln High School is located in Jersey City, N.J. The school serves more than 1,000 students in grades 9 through 12. It conducts classes in language arts, math, science and social studies. It offers technical and vocational courses in a variety of subjects, such as marketing, business, cosmetology, law and culinary arts. Lincoln High School also operates poetry, photography, yearbook and robotics clubs. The school s range of extracurricular activities includes art, music, and technical, physical and health education. It supports various types of sports activities that include golf, basketball and volleyball. The school has a parent-teacher association that conducts several fundraising activities, including book fairs, college festivals and musical programs. In addition, it organizes field trips to various educational and cultural destinations. The school also provides special education to gifted and talented students.
