Great timing, smooth driving, good conversation, respectful, and made an extra stop for me at the drive thru that was not planned. Courteous, fair fares and enjoyable rides every time

Stay away from that service ! They were 20 minutes late. The Driver was rude, didn't know where to go and can't spell the address correctly

HORRIBLE! DO NOT USE! I was involved in a minor car accident with a taxi from this company - the taxi passed on my left and broke the driver's side mirror completely off. At first, the driver was compliant with giving her insurance and personal information; she even told us to call her manager and he will pay for the repair. In the end, the manager of this taxi service was extremely rude and non-compliant with requests for further insurance information. He had claimed that the accident never even happened. I would never recommend anyone to do business with this company because they are dishonest.

I am writing because I feel extremely humiliated degraded and angry . I called Norma limo and Taxi company because I needed a ride home First ,I was over charged in comparison to other companies that I've taken in the past but it was late and i needed to get home.The driver who also seemed to be the owner because he was quoting people on fares on the phone while driving. When we arrived at my home i gave him the fare and he asked me for a tip i told him it was very rude to ask for one and i didnt have any more money he then proceeded to curse at me calling me a "WH*** " "C***SUCKER" FU***** BI***" and a "CHEAP SPIC BI*** " among other degrading and racist comments. As i got out of the taxi he began honking in my very quiet residential neighborhood and yelling other profanities out of his window asking me to "SUCK HIS DI**". This no way to treat a customer especially one that is paying more than necessary. thanks for your time. When i called back to get the drivers name they told me to "F*** OFF "

Norma Limo has really good services. From the staff to the cars. They are very good at what they do with excellent prices.

My car was stuck last monday and I was going to be late to work. I called many Taxi companies and none of them responded and respected my call except Norma Limo & Taxi. They came with in 10 minutes of the call and the service is amazing. The car was very clean and their Fare was very good compared to others. The driver was an excellent driver and was freindly. I would like to thank them for their services because it was much needed.
