I retained him for some Real Estate review. I put down a $500 retainer. I had him review a lease, and it looked like he barely read the lease with very few concerns for protecting me as a client. I got no bill. When I asked for my deposit back, he said that he had gone through the deposit. I asked for a bill and I still haven't received it.
