Provided by YP.comI had a great experience with this pharmacy. The people working in this place are so kind and always try to help me. I noticed that they are working not only with professionalism but also with lot of care towards patients.

Provided by YP.comWe only went here because they were in the same building as our doctor. They sold us a defective product, a nebulizer for our baby, which they recommended because the insurance wouldn't pay for the one prescribed. When it didn't work, we had to scramble and get a hold of our doctor after hours and go to a closer pharmacy to get a working one. Their receipt didn't have a return policy, so since we were returning for a follow up, we would return it a week after the purchase.
They were wiling enough to replace it, but when we explained that we had to get a new one, they got in panic mode and refused to give a refund. They said, "If we take it and call the company and don't get a refund, we lose money." We kept getting the run around, and I kept getting passed around from one employee to another, from Cynthia to Kristaps (I asked but she wouldn't spell her name for me; she even said that she didn't have to tell me who I was speaking with). She accused me of lying about it, and I told her I would provide a copy of the new prescription and the receipt for the new one we had to buy. I kept asking for how to spell her name, and she hung up on me. I had to keep calling for about an hour until a Cathy picked up.
They kept explaining they had no written policy, like as though that makes them free of having to give a refund. Am I wrong, or is it not the other way? They said they never had a complaint with the product, but later on had to ask me what the product brand name was.
As of right now, they are willing to contact the manufacturer for us (how kind!) but will not get a refund unless they get a refund. Meanwhile, I am getting in touch with the Better Business Bureau.
Also, I am Filipino, and the Filipino workers there talk about you right in your face in their language FYI.
