Richie has such a personable character, so my visits there are never boring. I have been there multiple times, and each time I go, I leave with an exceptional haircut that I always fall in love with. Service is excellent and always worth the wait, and he is careful and considerate to whatever I request. Last time I went, I got my hair colored, washed, and cut. I was nervous about the coloring because I've had bad experiences with it before. But he got it just right! Even over time, the color has gotten highlights that people continue to compliment. I also want to commend him for the excellent work he did on my bangs. I haven't had bangs for nearly 15 years, so it was certainly a big change for me. I trusted Richie with my hair, and now I can't imagine ever going without bangs. If there's ever anything I want to do with my hair, Richie's the person I will always turn to.
