Please don't buy a phone from this dealer. I had a a very interesting experience. I purchased a phone and the same day renewed my contract with T-Mobile. When I went back to the store less than 3 weeks, I was told my the sales rep. that he would contact T-mobile and they will send me a replacement to the store. Once it gets there, he will call me to pick it up because I work down the street. I went back a week later and was told the phone still had not arrived at the store because of of weather issues, finding this odd, I called T-mobile myself. T-mobile explained to me that the replacement order was NEVER MADE. Now, everyone's experience is different and I have learned that, however, this type of situation is very unprofessional, rude, and disrespectful. The phone is defected and instead of helping me, they lied to me to get me out the store. I was extremely polite. Please don't go there.
