Timothy Herrick, the attorney, is very knowledgeable and experienced as per reference from family members. However you have to get past the hell that is his receptionist/assistant to get to him. I've tried contacting the attorney but speaking to the receptionist/assistant has made me drop the firm all together. Her tone is demeaning, she's arrogant, and has no patience or phone etiquette, she cut me off a couple times when I tried to explain why I wanted to speak to the lawyer. I honestly wish there was a way to get to the lawyer without having to speak to his receptionist, because a conversation with her will suck the life out of you.
