I've received nothing but the best service from this veterinary clinic. They taken time to teach me procedures that I had to do for my cat who had multiple digestion/renal problems that I otherwise would have had to pay for on a regular basis. They have done surgery on one of my cats and while it wasn't super cheap, they do have payment plans available. The receptionist was always really friendly and when one of my cats passed away she even got my address and mailed me a card. Not one from the clinic but from the receptionist and with a personal note inside, not just the card's message. Not cold-hearted at all!

I just called to ask about my dog. and the girl that answered. had attitude. and i don't think that is right. and also i think there should be a way. if a person brings in their animal on emergency. and you dont have checks or debit. i think yous should be able to hold a person id until the bill is paid. i have tried the on line pet pay. but i cant get it. yes i understand yous need your money as well. yous say yous care about animals. but yous will turn them away. if we dont have a pay method. i think that is cruel! and yous talk about people negleting their pets. all it is. is about the money. and my father is going to put this in sound off.

THIS VET KILLED MY DOG. MISDIAGNOSED HER FOR OVER A MONTH. SENT US HOME WITH MEDS AND THEN 30 MIN LATER SHE DIED. I HAVE BEEN RESEARCHING THIS AND I AM NOT THE ONLY PERSON WITH A PROBLEM WITH THEM. DO NOT GO HERE PLEASE THEY ARE HEARTLESS! HORRIBLE PLACE!!
