I live in Arizona, and Rob went out of his way to make sure that the flowers were delivered to my mom over at Jerseyville Estates SAME DAY and with only about an hour and a half notice! I was impressed with his kindness and ability to suggest all kinds of things, very reasonably priced, that did not look like little round mounds. I will definitely be ordering from here again. Thank you, Rob, for genuinely caring! Karen
