Terrible business.

Patrick McHugh, Properties Mananger jerked me around for a month while I was trying to move in. I had to email him multiple times to get a response. I had to baby sit the whole process.

Below is an outline of the issues.

1) Feb 12th, he missed the walk through appointment that I scheduled with JBas Realty's secretary.
2) Feb 26th, I requested information on the lease paperwork.
3) March 1st, I requested a status update regarding the lease paperwork as I had not received a reply. He told me he would have it to me by the end of that week ( that did no occur ).
4) March 9th, still no paperwork. I request an update again. He told me it would come that week ( again, that did not occur ).
5) March 14th, still no paperwork.

I would stay away from this business and find an apartment elsewhere.
