I used DWC for about three years. In that time, I had three different dentists and a handful of hygienists. I had a root canal and crown that the crown later fell out and they told me I would then need an implant for several thousand dollars. They always want money/cc charge up front to schedule a future appointment which I have never had to do before at any other dentist.

Update: They gladly transferred dental records to new dentist with notes of how I became belligerent with them (which was totally false). I only told them after 3rd visit and they wouldn't fix my tooth I was going elsewhere, I couldn't afford to keep taking off at work.

What really broke the camel's back was I had two visits on the same cracked tooth which they never fixed due to my blood pressure which they checked with a wrist checker. I checked at CVS when I left and it was normal.

If you want lots of drama, return visits, and second rate work, go ahead and call them.

If I could pick no stars I would. They told my husband that he had to have a procedure done or his teeth would fall out. Also that for the procedure it would cost us 500.00. We believed them and had it done. They billed our insurance and they had the procedure reviewed my three dentists and ruled it as an unnecessary procedure and wouldn't pay. Now they are after us for another 500.00. When I called to ask questions no one would speak to me.
