On 12/16/13 My family and I made what had become a routine stop after going to the bank, weekly. We ordered and chili cheese burger combo, kids chicken bites, and order of chili cheese fries and some drinks. Well, we pulled away from the drive thru thinking all was okay. I had checked my sons kids meal and it seemed fine so we pulled away. We reached our next destination and my husband was eating his burger, commenting on how delicious it was. He left it cradled in the wrap as not to make a huge mess. Then, he laid out his wrapper to pour out his fries and found chewing gum. Then i opened my chili cheese fries to find chili cheese pups. To top it all off, when i returned to the store the manager claims she made the burger and didnt see that in there, thus calling me a liar. She corrected my order and never once offered a reimbursement. I am completely dissatisfied and plan to contact someone in higher authority than her. She didnt give her name and she took the wrap, balled it up and threw it away.
