I have lived in my house for almost 38 years, and during that time, I have employed many different contractors, and Miller Contracting and Remolding have proven to be far superior!

Ian and Dave installed new counter tops in my kitchen about two years ago, and I was so impressed with the quality of their work and their honesty, that I retained them to do extensive work over the past two months. This included new wiring and outlets, ceiling fans, new walls and ceiling, and replacement woodwork in three upstairs bedrooms; new wiring and outlets, additional lighting fixtures, new walls and ceiling, and replacement woodwork in two upstairs hallways and a stairway; new ceiling and lighting fixtures in the kitchen; new storm door and new woodwork in the living room, and replacement of all the roofs on my double home. Throughout the entire process, Dave and Ian consulted with me, took my considerations into full account and advised me about the best choices for the remodeling. I was impressed with their diligence to maintain the structural character of my home, which was built in 1857. They devised ways to keep intact the original woodwork that I had completely restored throughout the home and also were able to duplicate old fashioned looking woodwork in areas where the woodwork had to be replaced. They matched the colors to existing woodwork perfectly and also helped me to choose beautiful colors for the bedrTooms and hallways and stairway. Ian and David and their crew did everything, with the exception of the wiring, for which they recruited an excellent electrician.

I cannot say enough about the quality of Dave and Ian’s work! They are truly craftsman and are not content with less than perfect. Everyone who has seen the work they have done in my home is in awe, and I have received nothing but compliments about the workmanship. Dave and Ian are incredible. They are honest beyond belief, and their pricing is more than fair. During the course of their work in my home, they had to correct numerous past mistakes that had been made by other contractors. When they ran into these unforeseen problems, they always consulted with me before they would proceed any further, and they advised me of different ways that the problems could be corrected, and they did everything they could to hold any additional costs to the minimum. Ian and Dave can do just about anything, but they also interface with other superior contractors for specialized work such as electrical and plumbing. I will definitely hire Miller Contracting and Remodeling for any future work I plan to do. In fact, I have already consulted with them to replace my front porch and back deck next year. You can fully trust Ian and Dave to do outstanding work at a fair price! It was wonderful to work with an honest and outstanding contracting firm!

Miller Contracting did a Great Job putting on a badly needed new Roof onto my house a few months ago. They were really easy to work with especially when it came to the paper work with the Mortgage and insurance company. I would recommend them whomever is looking for work to be done on their house. I am looking forward using them again on my next project.

I would highly recommend Miller Contracting. They did interior doors for me quickly and they turned out beautifully. They are reasonably priced for high quality work. I am now going to have them remodel my basement. I will give their number to everyone I know.

Miller/Strohl contracting remodeled our entire basement, added an additional bathroom and re tiled our entryway. They did an AMAZING job!! We love all the compliments we recieve! The easiest and best experience I've ever had with a contractor. I had Ian do several projects on my home and each time he was very helpful with his suggestions of how to do the work correctly and within my budget. He has done siding, roofing, and concrete work and every project looks beautiful and I couldn't be happier. I would recommend Miller Contracting and Remodeling to anyone!!!!!

My wife and I have recently remodeled several rooms in our house. We had several quotes from different contractors, however Miller Contracting gave us the lowest and most reasonable price. Miller Contracting started within a week and completed the job within the quoted timeframe. They worked within our schedule so we did not have much disruption to our daily lives. Miller Contracting is the way to go, in my opinion they are one of, if not the most professional and reliable contracting companies left in the area today. Everything was a pleasure right from the start. The guys showed up when they said they would and got right to work. Above & beyond what we expected from a contractor these days.
