I placed an order with this shop and not only did they help me, when a really messed it up, but they went beyond great customer service. . .I would totally buy from them again!!!

I had a horrible experience this Mother?s Day with JustFlowers.com! I placed an online order Thursday, for delivery on Saturday. Money was immediately taken from my bank. And on Mother?s Day the flowers were never delivered! Even after confirmation!!! JustFlowers.com NEVER filled my order!!! I called JustFlowers.com; they have an answering service! She took my info to have a Rep call me; I am still waiting for the call. I phoned the ONLY TWO florists in John Day. One never called me, but the other, "A Flower Shop-n-More? was awesome! Terry went out of her way to help me; she put together a beautiful arrangement for mother; and delivered it herself, on Mother?s Day, in Prairie City! She should have spent that day with her own family, not delivering flowers. But she did, and I am very grateful. She is so awesome and I WILL ALWAYS order from her!!! The other florist (dba John Day Florist) NEVER called me?won?t be using them. OUTSTANDING SERVICE BY A FLOWER SHOP-N-MORE:)
